Takealot Delivery Courier Company Mr D

Placed an order with Takealot on 12 December 2018, received sms stating delivery will be made on 22 December 2018. Waited all day for delivery no delivery nor call or email todate regarding my query. When I called at 4pm on the 22 December 2018, enquiring where my order was. They said as per their system it was delivered to me at 14.57pm and signed by customer. Really who signed and where was it delivered to, they could not gave me a name nor an address. Have been emailing and called them, the only answer I get is they have sent an email to the delivery company. I am disgusted at the Pinetown Mr D courier service, whom by the way is owned by Takealot for their *********** staff and service.

The call centre staff at Takealot are very helpful but they cannot do anything for me either, very frustrating, and possibly my First and Last order I will place on Takealot. This was a Christmas gift, now Christmas has come and gone, still no delivery or a response.
