Takealot delivery box/packaging been through a war before it got to me

I received my order today. The packaging is in a really bad condition. I didn't open the package yet as I am afraid the product is damaged. See pics attached of the box that I received. This is terrible courier service. Furthermore the delivery person didn't request for me to sign for parcel. I would of not of signed for the product, the product was left with Reception. This is unacceptable.
