Takealot delivery 'attempts'

I placed an order on 13 March 2023. There were 4 apparent attempts of delivery, I was at home all 4 times and in full view of my gate. No attempt was made to access the gate each time. I then contacted an agent and asked to change my order from delivery to collection, the agent said it was not possible but that they would have the driver call me before delivery. My order was then cancelled 2 hours after contacting the agent. I am very dissatisfied.
