Takealot Delivery and Service

I bought a gas stove through Takealot on the 23rd of January. Still waiting for the stove although delivery would have been the 29th. They made a mess with the delivery and now I am being told from Monday "we have escalated the problem" - absolutely unacceptable and pathetic. No one can help me
