Takealot delivery and service

After being a takealot customer for many years, we are truly disappointed with the latest experience. After getting numerous messages that we would receive order yesterday already we are still waiting. Called the call center twice and after being on hold for 29 and 35min respectively, was told that they will get back to us within 10 minutes, needless to say that never happened. The e.mail we got from one of the representatives, was not even close to our query and completely useless, still waiting for the other one to call after more than an hour....
