Takealot delivery

Friday i ordered from takealot my goods where supposed to be delivered yesterday which is 2 November when i track my parcel i found out it was delivered to a wrong courier this morning i received an email that i should give them my address or they are going to cancel my order i send them an email they didn't respond takealot you are not taking your customers serious it's either you deliver or you refund me my money
