TAkEALOT DELIVERY ****

I bought a macbook for 18K on takealot in Pretoria West and they delivered a totally different item, boxes of cameras that I didn't order.

I returned the items and asked for refund, and I'm still waiting for my money even today. It's been over a month now since I asked for my refund. Been calling and sending emails. I still can't get assistance.

I am told that they still doing investigations, I mean it's over a month now. I never thought a big company like takealot would **** people. Apparently this has happened to a lot of us. Please open your packages in front of their delivery guys and check if it's what you ordered in the box or you will suffer the consequences.

I am still fighting to get my money back even today. I will fight with all I have. I will go to their head office with legal people if I have to.
