Takealot delivery

I bought something at takealot that was supposed to be delivered on the 9 of August 2024. Later that day when I didn’t receive any call, I went to check the APP and I found that my parcel was registered as delivered but I didn’t receive anything. At first it was registered that it was delivered to me but they later took off my name. On the 10th of August I laid a complaint and to this day I don’t know what is happening still. I’m just wondering how often this happens.
