Takealot delivery

My husband ordered gifts for me as it was my birthday on the 22nd of January he ordered the gifts on the 18th of January and paid it same day on the 20th i got a message to say they will deliver my order before 5pm today is the 24th and still nothing was delivered the order number is #*** . We called but didn't get any help
