Takealot delivery

I ordered some stuff on takealot and I haven't gotten them yet I got an SMS on my delivery day staying we tried to deliver your order but we couldn't I was surprised coz I was home all day and I have my phone with me so I was like okay I rescheduled the delivery hoping that I would get it the next day but I did not instead I got another SMS saying we tried delivering your order well I don't know what's going on course they don't call me they just send me messages saying we tried delivering your order which they did not and the worse thing now is I can no longer reschedul
