Takealot Delivery

I bought an Item before 12:00pm on the 22/05/2018 then selected for it to be delivered, I then realised that this will take 4 days for it to be delivered though the delivery address is literally 1,5 km away. Following day I saw on their order tracking that my order is still in processing, I then called them and asked to just pick it up, they refused claiming that it is out of their hands though the item has not been dispatched yet it is still with them. This is nonsense.
