Takealot delivery

I made a purchase on the 26th November. Last update was on the 1st December indicating that my parcel will be deliver led on the 4th, to date I have not received my goods , no update on the track app. When I called on the 5th i was informed that they will follow up with the courier guy. Without providing their contact details. No update tull now
