Takealot delivery

I am disgusted in delivery time. It is taking them 3 weeks delivery. It is faster to order from Shein which is an international company. You sent emails, they reply and by the time you want to reply their ticket is closed. I will raise this concern with my insurer as well as Takealot is giving them a bad name as well. No use the insurer is working quick to sort things out, then you have to wait on Takealot. You have lead time orders from your suppliers and yet I HAVE TO WAIT THREE WEEKS, DISGUSTING.
