Takealot delivery

We placed an order on 13th May, #***5 from Takealot. We have had numerous deliveries for this order, but all the deliveries was not at our address. We have made contact via FB Messenger, but have not had any decent response. Their telephone nr are not answered, they get answered by an automated answering service. I do not get any feedback with regards to this order. Totally unacceptable.
