Takealot delivers wrong product

I ordered 2 specific microphones from Takealot because the specific model that Takealot sold came with the accessories we needed for Podcasts and Online training...when I received the Takealot order and opening the box I noticed that packaging is much smaller to what it should be. I then opened the boxed and noticed that it shows 1 product number however the original product number was covered by numerous other labels. I then opened the to check if it's the correct product and BEHOLD it's not what I ordered...nor did it contain all of the accessories the other product contained which I need! I tried to phone Takealot and of course, the number doesn't work. I sent them a message on Facebook,they don't answer back. I sent an email to which I received an automatic ticket however more than 24 hours later no one has attempted to make contact! I have the first recording this coming Monday!!!!
