TAKEALOT DELIVERS TAMPERED STOCK WITH BROKEN SEAL - LIVID CUSTOMER

Last week on the 21st of April, l received an order from Take a lot for a fitness watch. As soon as l opened it, the watch was opened, as in the seal was broken and the watch clearly looked tempered with. I quickly took a photo and went on twitter to Direct Message them as this was the 2nd time l was getting such ridiculous service. The watch was collected the next day with theit lame apologies and excuses. Today l received what was claimed to be a replacement of the watch that was sent to me, and it is no replacement, just the same watch boxed up, seal still broken and Box looking ****ty as ever. l am livid to be disrespected for the 3rd time by take alot. Any person in their right mind knows not to accept any goods claimed to be new with a broken seal, for all l know, someone else sent it back because it has issues. I want a new watch that l paid for OR they best refund me my money in full. l am so tired of their service and it stops now. Take a lot, FIX THIS ****!!!!! l am a LIVID customer.
