Takealot delivering used Teeth Grinding, 3 Stage Bruxism TMJ delivering

I have bought the Teeth Grinding, 3 Stage Bruxism TMJ Plate from Takealot. I received my order, but it was not closed properly. They used black straps to close the container, and you can see that they were used before. I am not happy at all. I want to return this. I've sent emails, but they have not responded. I even sent pictures. This is a disgrace.
