TAKEALOT DELIVERIES VERY DISAPPOINTING AND NO FEEDBACK

I have been waiting for my parcel for more than two weeks. Delivery has been rescheduled 5 times now. I cannot speak to a manager or anyone who is able to assist me. Everyone at the call centre only "escalates" the matter. It feels like I am trying to get feedback from a Government Institution. I am highly disappointed in Takealot.
