Takealot Deliveries no vechicles to deliver items😯😯

Kinda upset with takealot deliveries i ordered two items tv and a freezer non of them has been delivered in over two weeks i was told by takelots customer service that their courier is struggling to find a bakkie or small truck to deliver my items such a big company that does not own a small truck or bakkie is realy shocking i would not buy from them again, theres couriers that deliver items out the USA for me faster then takealot which is in SA they, takealot has alot to learn from those type of couriers.
