Takealot Deliveries get worse with each order

I have been ordering on the takealot website for years on a monthly (if not weekly) basis. I have never had issues until a few months ago. Then almost every order is late. The website clearly states that if the item is in stock, it will be delivered to a main centre within 2-3 working days. I placed an order this morning. Every item was in stock. The latest it should be delivered is friday this week. However the confirmation email I received after payment says that it will only be delivered on the 1st Nov. According to the consultant I spoke to when I called in, the items are in different warehouses. How is that my problem? Your website does not say anything about items from different warehouses incurring additional waiting time. This is ridiculous. For years Takealot has been my 'go-to' online shopping site because of reliability. They've clearly lost that title. In future, I will be shopping else where.
