Takealot deliveries a nightmare

The driver i had for my delivery was extremely rude he called me like 6 times within a space of minutes work delivery address did not bother to ask for me at reception at the time was in a meeting couldnt answer. I had already left a message so receptionist was expeting him, followed by rudeness in the WhatsApp message he sent me when i called him back he insisted on speaking isiZulu to me, refused to respond in English and used an accusatory tone. I am truelly disappointed especially since my order was split in 2 so the last of my stuff gets delivered today i am anxious as to what today will bring with your courier.
