Takealot delivered wrong item, struggle to get feedback and refund!

Terrible service and terrible customer support. I have ordered a hifi and paid for it on the 13 Dec 2022. I received 5 small cleaning towels instead of the hifi. Requested a return on the 9th of Jan 2023. It was collected on the 12th Jan 2023. I have not received any communication or any feedback. Multiple emails with no reply.
