TakeALot delivered totally wrong item

Am extremely disappointed with TakeALot. Placed an order & delivery waiting period was 1 week because of a specific item. Yesterday, I received this item & 1 other & when I checked the website the remaining item was scheduled to be delivered today. Just received the item & on opening the box it is not the item I ordered, therefore another customer has or is going to get the wrong item. Not sure how many customers have experienced the same but it is not acceptable.
