Takealot delivered to wrong person

I checked my order online today and it reflected as delivered and signed by me,when I received nothing and signed for nothing. I struggled to try and get this issue resolved all day,just to find out that the driver delivered my order to another house,and **** and said that I signed for it. I had to walk to my neighbours to try and resolve the issue,I found the driver in front of their gate hooting,with a very upset neighbour stating that his wife has covid and they are being bothered with this issue. I did not want to accept the package anymore as the package was contaminated. This caused a huge fight with the neighbours and should not have happened.takealot should account for this and refund me,this is the second time a package was delivered to someone else and said I signed for it when I didn't.
