Takealot Delivered the Wrong GPU Twice – Still No Resolution

I ordered an RX ***SP from Takealot, but they sent the inferior 2048SP variant twice. Despite sending GPU-Z screenshots and all requested photos (box, product, barcodes), I was ignored for days and given the runaround.

Customer service initially claimed they'd escalate, then stalled. After I logged a formal complaint with the CGSO, they asked for even more images—which I provided again. Still no action.

I rely on this GPU for work and have lost clients because of this unacceptable delay. Takealot has wasted my time, disrespected my rights under the Consumer Protection Act, and failed to deliver what they advertised.

This is NOT how a leading online retailer should operate. I will think twice before ordering high-value tech from Takealot again.
