Takealot delivered something i didnt buy and yet they dont want to take it back and refund me

I bought a Fine Living Baby Car Seat (Blue in colour) for R915 (original prize R1599) on the 18th December on Takealot website and on the 20th December they delivered a Fine Living baby seat booster (red in colour) worth R295 at my workplace. On the same day I logged a return/replacement using my home address since I was going on leave (7 km from workplace) and they canceled my return same day without even informing me claiming I used wrong address. I went to their distribution centers in Northgate and Cresta, and they rejected to take the seat booster claiming someone will come and collect it. I then on the 24th December logged a new return (this time cancellation), and this time I was promised they will collect the seat booster on the 27th December and here I am still waiting. And they promised they will only refund me as soon as they collected their seat booster. Worst part of it im the first timer buyer.
