Takealot delivered my order to some random person and says it was signed by me

Ordered on 11th of December to be promised a delivery on 22nd of December. However on the day of delivery someone decided to change the delivery to 4th of Jan without notice, then I receive an email that one item is out of stock and credited me the amount, which I dont understand why then change the delivery date, then I tried to contact them via email and the response was vague as you will receive the order between tomorrow (23rd) and the 4th (i.e you will get it when and if you get it) then I said this is unacceptable and I would like to speak to a manager but no one acknowledged my request. Later I find more emails saying that 2 other items are lost, then they credit me for the 2 items, then another email saying they found one of the items but it will be delivered separately. The next day (23rd) I tried to contact them via phone as they were not responding to emails, then they said it will be delivered today, then I wait all day for the order and nothing, to then receive a phone call from a random lady saying that Takealot delivered my order to her by mistake and she only realized when she opend the boxes and none of the items looked like anything she ordered and luckily she had the integrity to call and notify me, then I go to the app and it says the order was delivered and signed by me ?!?!?!?!?!?! *** Can't wait for amazon to open
