Takealot delivered empty box

Worst experience from Takealot bought the mini PL2 olight for R2,299 from them and when I collected my package from Centurion Mall hub, went to the vehicle to open and I was given an open empty box and a charger, went back to the hub and the staff told me request a return, still waiting for them after emails & calls since the 03 of September. Am disappointed in them
