Takealot deliver wrong parcel and dont care.

Received wrong parcel. Reported immediately. Was asked to submit photos and supporting documents. Which we did same day. This was Monday 22 June 2020. Followed up during week and we get asked to submit documents again and that it will be escalated to logistics. Friday 26 June, still have the wrong contents. Our struggling shop is loosing revenue because of not having the product we ordered and just no worth while response from Takealot. Their phone number also is not working anymore with only email as an option to communicate.
