Takealot deliver service for FNB

Takealot delivery services has take over the cards deliveries for FNB. I have always been a very happy FNB client but I'm about to change my bank account because of Takealot. A week after I have been prommised delivery I'm still every day getting SMS's that states the will deliver today or they will contact me. They phone me once and said they will deliver today and two days has gone by and no delivery. Phoning them today they now say I'll get my card only next week. That would be two weeks since I order my card. Also don't ask to speak to a manager or to lodge a complaint, they put you on hold and don't get back to you. FNB DROP THIS SERVICE ASAP.
