Takealot deliver a little

Returns policy sucks , Cannot get hold of anyone telephonically ,They respond with e-mail with no person's name attached. A window cleaner arrived without it's telescopic handle. Sent it back the next day , why the delivery company could not take it back the same day. I was promised that they would collect the next day , we put our lives on hold waiting for them and they did not pitch , pitched the next morning at the same time they sent me a rescheduling notification. According to their returns policy it takes maximum 4 days from collection to receive your replacement , they have given me a delivery date of the 5th of October 12 working days , triple that of the returns policy posted on the website
