Takealot Delicia Hot Water Urn(15 litre)

I've bought a Delicia hot water urn(15 litres) from Takealot on 7 Sept 2021. The product was only used twice a month when we are having social with family and friends. The urn stopped working on Sunday 24 July 2022, 10 months after being purchased and 4 months after the warranty expired. According to Takealot, the is outside the warranty period and there is no contact contact number of New Rynn Trading to assist with the repairs. My question to Takealot, why are they doing business with ***** suppliers that don't comply with basic suppliers info to protect their brand and their customers. They are reckless in doing business and protecting their customers. This urn is useless after spending R1000 that I've only used less than a year and the product can't be repaired because the element is not replaceable according to a electrician. Members of the public, please avoid buying this product and I've stopped buying products from Takealot.
