Takealot "delays" answering questions about their "delays"!

I ordered things from Takealot a few weeks ago. When the delivery date was near I received a "delay notice". Then last week another "delay notice" and a "cannot supply" notice for 2 of the items. Then this week another "delay notice" for the other items. Then I struggled to get hold of them and eventually got through to them via email, only to be told that they definitely cannot supply the 2 items, and not answering my question about the rest. I rep**** and again asked for confirmation that they will be able to supply the rest and the reply email once again does not answer my question. I have paid quite a bit for these item and as they are Christmas presents, I wanted them early to be able to personalise them. I am running out of patience and time, Takealot!!
