Takealot - Delayed - we will reschedule every day until eternity comes by

We placed an order with Takealot on the 28.06.2020 and it included a bottle of rose wine, which was only a small section of the order. It was not delivered. Then the alcohol ban happened, and the whole order was recalled. Since then up to today, we have been receiving messages that the order will be delivered, only to be advised, order delayed will reschedule. We cannot phone, follow up or email and we are not receiving any other communication other than "order delayed we will reschedule. We have always been supporters of Takealot but this has destroyed all the good things they have ever done and I doubt we will use them again
