I ordered (#***2) two (1) 2 face-shields on 7 December 2020 for R194.00. They were delivered on 17 December 2020, but they were in a defective condition. I successfully returned (#RRN-8F0D-4736) both of them and they were received at takealot Warehouse on 22 December 2020, BUT I RECEIVED A REFUND FOR ONE (1) FACE-SHIELD AND NOT TWO (2) i.e. received R97.00. I called takealot a number of times to complain about the remaining refund of R97.00. Spoke to Imaan and Zelda, and my issue is still not resolved. I would like my full refund immediately.
