Takealot defective product

We live in the Middle East and ordered some birthday gifts for our children when visiting in South Africa. Some time has passed only for us to open our daughters presents and realist that the one product had previously been opened and some components missing. Takealot has almost no way of contacting them outside the time frame and outside of their preset menu options. Absolutely shocking that they sell these items as new.
