takealot defective controller

I bought a controller through takealot because my old xbox controller had drift.when i received the controller the box didnt have a plastic.so didnt think much of it until i played.i realized i was sold a controller that was faulty but takealot declined the return.i guess in south africa the customer must sort themselves out.thanks takealot for making me regret buying from you.
