Takealot deducting payments for returned items total dcam

I ordered 2 items from Takealot order #*** and returned 2, 1 of which was not working. Payment was done via payflex, returns for both products have been concluded and I was told my account will be credited and I pay payflex less. To date payments for payflex do not reflect the two refunds. I tried engaging on their charts and it’s totally useless.

I engaged payflex they say I must clear it with Takealot I contact Takealot they say I must contact payflex I am beyond annoyed and I do not see myself using any of their services anytime soo
