Takealot deducting my account multiple times

Ordered a product on Takealot and I was deducted multiple times and every time I log a request to be refunded, they keep on telling me it has been processed and will take 5 working days. We on the second week and everytime I follow up it's the same message. I've always enjoyed Takealot but recently the service has been bad.
