Takealot declined return

I bought 3 Piece Mooistar 27 inch Travel Luggage Suitcase Bag Set for my daughter, then I used once the middle one and it was damaged due to poor quality because even the zips were not working properly, even the big one it had some dents and scratches. They declined my return due to user damage. I asked if they can exchange the middle one but they refused.
