Takealot decline return based on " its a given"

I logged a return because 3 of the poles that bended after 2 3nights of sleep on the double bunk i purvhased i enquired to have the poles replaced and mayb extra because of the poor quality of the poles and to have replacemements if it should happen in future again agent advised me they need the whole consignment back to replace or refund i did not have a choice i then return the setup after their eveluator inspected till today i did not receive an email regarding my return i followed up on the return they said "its a given" the bed was incorrectly assembled for that reason they decline the return. I said its a given is assumptions the metal was rusted from the inside aswell and its not rocket science to know what happens if something is rusty means the item product is weaker then. For them to say because of incorrect assemble i caused it self so if i did assemble it incorrect all poles would have been damaged and not just 2 ontop and 1 at the bottom so meaning the rotten few out the group was the problem
