Takealot decides a item was worn. Still brand new.

We usually get very good service from Takealot but we currently have a huge problem that they just don't want to resolve. My husband Francois le Roux ordered Puma golf pants. Upon delivery he realized that he ordered a small instead of a XL. he returned the pants and return was declined stating that the pants was worn. I do not know how a XL man will fit into small pants. There is not a single crease in the pants indicating that it has been worn. They blatantly refuse to send a bigger size as stated in their returns policy Want to exchange? Fashion and sportswear products can be exchanged for a different size or colour variation, provided that such variation is available. An Unboxed Deal can only be exchanged for a variation of the same Unboxed Deal. In such a case, we will collect the product from you and deliver the requested product to you at no charge. If such variation is not available, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).

This item has now been returned twice, but they still refuse to exchange.
