TakeAlot debits your bank, instead of crediting it and pockets your returned items!

I dont know why TakeAlot is doing this once again and making my life HELL. Debiting my account, instead of crediting it.

On Monday, the 20th Mar 2023 a TakeAlot driver called Chris, picked up all my returns. (see his contact details attached & CCTV proof)

I carefully placed the each order (items), individually into a seperate black garbage bag, with the return code of each item, written on a huge piece of paper and salotaped onto each black bag.

I then took all those items in black bags and placed them into a big TakeAlot box.

I handed the TakeAlot box, to the TakeAlot driver (see attached CCTV proof). He opened the TakeAlot box and took pics of each individual black bag package in the TakeAlot box and logged them as returned, individually.

I was standing next to him the whole time. (i have CCTV video footage, if needed). ______________________________________

TakeAlot was supposed to credit me for 6 (six) orders/products, to the amount of R1,137.00

This morning i see that TakeAlot DEBITED (taken off) my account two amounts of R558 & R480. See attached bank proof (debited and not credited).

Those two amounts are supposed to be CREDITED (put into my account, not taken off!) into my bank account.

This is not the first time this is happening. Those two amounts only come to R1,038.00

If that amount was actually credited to my account and nor debited, it would come to a total of R1,038.00 That makes it R99.00 (short! "x1 Basin Plug") of what i was supposed to be refunded...R1,137.00

I have explained to so many people already at TakeAlot, in so many different ways, with proof attached, yet still no one understands.

Why?!

AND ontop of that, do i have a PENDING order of R15,540.00 waiting for this refund of R1,137.00 to be sorted out first, before i will go ahead and submit that order.

Please look at all the attached proof and speak to the people that did the checking of returned packages.

This cannot carry on like this. Each time i return something, i have yo go thought hell and spend so many hours of my time explaining something to someone, before someone actually realizes what must be done.

Please dont do this again.
