Takealot Deals!!

I have had nothing but good service and after service from Takealot since they started but 2 Days ago they send out they usually daily email with specials I happen to be looking for a new tv and they have a 55" QLED special, when I click on the link it does not show the advertised price, over night the price does change but is still R700 more than advertised. I sent a query which never gets answered until a call them. They then proceed to ask me for the email they sent me. 5 hrs. later a second person sends me an email because they want the embedded link.

The next day still no response to my previous emails... Eventually someone replies asking for the same stuff requested more than 24hrs previously...

Yes someone probably messed up with pricing but why give me the runaround instead of dealing with the problem
