Takealot

I have ordered and paid on 29 November 2024. I only received some of my items there are two outstanding, and I received one item that I did not order. The same day that I received my order I have tried to get into contact with takealot and could get hold of them only the next day in the afternoon every time after an 15min hold they answer and the phone disconnects. They were very fast to come and collect the item that was not mine. They said they would refund me for the items I did not received and then I can purchase them again, but it is more than a week now and still nothing. The items that I have purchased is gifts for christmas and they promised me that it would be here before then and at this stage I do not see that happening. PLEASE TAKEALOT SORT OUT YOUR MISTAKE!!!
