Takealot damages your items and then won't return/repair/refund

I would like to warn everyone about ordering appliances from takealot. We bought a microwave less than a year ago. After sparks started coming from the grill, we logged a return. We placed the microwave, in a perfect condition apart from the sparks coming from the grill, in the original box. When it arrived at their side the box and microwave was severely damaged. Takealot is refusing to fix/exchange the microwave due to dents on the outside. This is clearly due to negligent handling from their transport-partners. Rather buy ay Makro or Game where you can transport you faulty appliances yourself.
