Takealot damages a child's Christmas gift and blames the customer

I reported a mechanical fault on a watch that I purchased and returned it. Takealot collected it and then reported that it's now it's physically damaged. There was no attempt to even repair the damage which was reported. There has been no contact, and no attempt to resolve the issue. I had attached proof that I reported damaged boxes when the items were delivered. I am disgusted with Takealot's service. This is a blatant example of poor customer service.
