TAKEALOT DAMAGED WASHING MACHINE

So my husband bought me a new top loader Bosch washing machine a while back. We never opened it when it was delivered(about a month ago). over the weekend 14 Feb 2020) we opened the box only to find that the entire washing machine is dented right around, like big bad dents. the box it was in wasn't damaged at all so there was no cause for concern when it was delivered, and this only states that the machine was actually packed damaged like that. it is really heart breaking. a person spends so much money buying something new only to find that it is damaged, honestly if i wanted a damaged machine i would have gone to a second hand shop and would not have bought a new one. We are frequent buyers at Takealot but after this i doubt we will buy stuff on there again.
