Takealot damaged the/a microwave I sent back and blamed me for the damage

Was a customer since take2 and spent a lot with this company. Bought a microwave (Taurus) that stopped working a few weeks after purchase. Registered a return and packed it in the original packaging for collection. It was collected and when they responded a few days later they showed me photos of a damaged microwave - most likely either someone else's which was swapped out for mine or damaged in-transit. They blamed me so I will never do business with these ****mers again - whoever damaged it or swapped it out will do it again and they will continue to push the blame on their customers. Stay away from this company - you will lose money by doing business with them.
