Takealot damaged goods and poor service

I bought a SKYWORTH SS330 2.1 Channel Soundbar System-Wireless Sub on special from Takealot. It only worked for a week then the subwoofer would not connect to the soundbar. I contacted them and sent it back, but they declared that there was nothing wrong with it and takealot sent it back to me. It is still not working, my money wasted and I am very disappointed in takealot's handling of this issue.
